Institute-Based Employability Programme:

LabourNet Foundation’s Institute-Based Employability Programme is designed to bridge the gap between education and employment by preparing students and graduates for successful entry into the workforce. Implemented in partnership with educational institutions, Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs), diploma colleges, and other vocational training providers, the programme equips learners with the skills, confidence, and industry exposure required to navigate today’s evolving job market.
Recognising that technical qualifications alone are often insufficient for securing and sustaining employment, the programme integrates employability enhancement with industry-relevant training.
