KEY STRENGTH

A key strength of this model is its strong engagement with employers, industry partners, and local ecosystems. These partnerships help ensure training remains relevant to workforce requirements while creating pathways to internships, apprenticeships, placements, and long-term career growth.

Beyond skill development, it promotes lifelong learning, digital inclusion, and livelihood creation by enabling learners to adapt to changing industry needs and emerging opportunities. Through a learner-centric approach, the programme supports individuals in strengthening their technical capabilities, workplace readiness, and earning potential.

Over the years, LF has enabled thousands of learners to access training, earn industry-recognised certifications, and connect with employment opportunities across diverse sectors. By integrating quality training, certification, and placement support, the programme continues to create pathways to sustainable livelihoods and economic mobility for individuals and communities.
